Ladies I am asking you to join with us in praying for Donna Erickson she is in critical condition after a massive stroke today followed by Brain surgery at St Vincent’s hospital. Please pray for her and her family, as they await through the next crucial 24 hours.

What a great fall we had in Heart 2 Heart. So many of you joined us for one of our three different Bible studies. We have so many fun things coming your way this Winter and Spring.
Bible Studies:
Monday Night Bible Study is continuing in the book Battlefield of the mind. They meet 7pm at Potters Hands Church
Thursday Night Bible Study and Friday Morning have just started a new book entitled Receiving God’s Goodness. Thursday night group lead by Jennifer Atwood meets 7pm at Potters Hands. Friday Mornings lead by Julie Moreno meets 9am at Potters hands. Do you have a little one? Potters Hands Little Hearts club is perfect for your little ones. Little Hearts Club includes nursery care, twos class, a preschool class ages 3-6, and on no school days an activity /movie for school age children.

Spring Getaway – Wonder Full World

Bible Studies
* Monday Nights 7pm -8:30 pm Starting October 5 lead by Lynne Tunstull. God’s Word in Phillipians 4:8 says: “Whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable; if anything is excellent or praiseworthy –think about such things.” Now that’s easy to do, isn’t it? Worry Confusion Doubt Anger Depression Self-condemnation Fear
These are the direct opposite of God’s intent for us, but they are what each of us face to some degree every day of our lives. This is what Joyce Meyer’s Battlefield of the Mind is all about. In this study, we will learn how to expose the negative thoughts that lurk in our minds, face them head-on and through the power of the Holy Spirit, take them captive and make them obedient to the will of Christ. This study is deep and challenging, but the reward is so great. I urge every woman to come and experience the incredible freedom God offers in the renewal of our minds. Please join us!

Both of these groups will be doing the same study on Encouragement. This study is an exciting way to learn more about how God can encourage us thru His word and how we can then Encourage one another. Thursday nights will be lead by Jennifer Atwood. Friday mornings will be lead by Julie Mornio and Michelle Germer
Meet me At….
Our first week to together will be a Meet Me At where we can chat, eat some yummy food, and learn more about the study we will be doing. Please plan on joining us either Friday, September 18 or the start of the Thursday study on September 24 and feel free to bring a goodie to share. If you have any questions please contact either Julie Moreno or Jennifer Atwood.
*** The childcare on Friday mornings will be going thru a preschool curriculum with such themes as God’s growing colors, counting on God’s love, helping other, and so many other fun things. There will be a full preschool lesson for our 3-5 year olds and a mini lesson for our 2’s and younger. If you have questions on the curriculum or interested in helping please contact Michelle Germer.
